Once you pay the $50.00 deposit your appointment is confirmed and you will get a receipt emailed to you. We also call you the day before your movers are supposed to arrive to make sure everything is still good to go on your end, we make sure date and time has not changed. If it has changed we do not charge extra for a re-schedule.Deposit will be deducted from final bill unless canceled.
